ACS provides custom, high-end HVAC solutions including new installations, full-system replacements, and precision repairs. Our focus is comfort, efficiency, quiet operation, and integration with high-end home systems. Each project is tailored to the home’s architecture, the client’s comfort preferences, and long-term energy performance.

What we offer

  • Site-specific system design: Load calculations, duct design or ductless zoning, equipment selection (variable-speed compressors, modulating furnaces, multi-stage heat pumps, ERVs/HRVs, high-efficiency air handlers, specialty filtration, and humidity control).

  • Luxury equipment options: Quiet, ultra-efficient systems from premium manufacturers, inverter-driven heat pumps, geothermal systems, and smart thermostats with whole-home integration.

  • Custom installation: Concealed ductwork, sound attenuation, custom grilles/registers, aesthetic finishes, and careful placement to preserve interior design and property value.

  • System replacement: Full removal and responsible disposal of old equipment, structural adjustments as needed, new system optimization, and warranty registration.

  • Precision repairs & diagnostics: Rapid troubleshooting, OEM parts, firmware updates, refrigerant leak detection/repair, compressor and control board service, and follow-up testing.

  • Indoor air quality upgrades: Multi-stage filtration, UV-C, activated carbon, balanced ventilation, and humidity control tailored to occupant health and material preservation.

  • Commissioning and testing: Airflow balancing, refrigerant charge verification, thermostat calibration, sound level testing, and a complete performance report.

The quoting process

  1. Initial contact: Provide property address, approximate square footage, number of zones, and a brief description of issues or goals (comfort, energy savings, noise reduction, air quality).

  2. On-site consultation and assessment (recommended): Comprehensive inspection including existing system, ductwork, insulation, attic/crawlspace access, and electrical capacity. We perform load calculations and review architectural constraints.

  3. Proposal: Detailed written quote with scope of work, equipment options and pricing, labor, timeline, warranty details (equipment and workmanship), and optional upgrades. We include tradeoffs for efficiency, first-cost, operating cost, and noise.

  4. Revisions and selection: We adjust scope as needed; once you approve, we schedule. Permits, HOA approvals, and coordination with other trades are handled as requested.

  5. Installation and follow-up: Pre-installation walkthrough, on-site work per agreed schedule, system commissioning, homeowner orientation, and post-install inspection within agreed warranty period.

What we need from you to provide an accurate quote

  • Address and access information for on-site assessment.

  • Approximate square footage and number of floors.

  • Age and model of existing HVAC equipment (if applicable).

  • Comfort concerns or goals (uneven temperatures, high bills, noise, allergies).

  • Preference for equipment types or budgets (e.g., highest-efficiency, quietest, geothermal, ductless).

  • Timing constraints or preferred installation windows.

  • Any relevant architectural or historic restrictions.

Why choose us

  • Custom-focused: We design systems to fit your home, not force a standard model.

  • Premium standards: Emphasis on quiet operation, aesthetics, and long-term performance.

  • Transparent proposals: Clear pricing, performance expectations, and warranty commitments.

  • Licensed and insured technicians with experience on luxury properties and integration with home automation.

Next steps:

Provide the items listed above or request an on-site assessment. We’ll schedule a consultation, perform a full evaluation, and deliver a detailed proposal with options so you can choose the best balance of cost, comfort, and efficiency.
